1. About these terms
These terms apply to the 3D visualisation services provided by Invested Designs [PLACEHOLDER legal entity and London address] (“we”, “us”) to business clients (“you”). By accepting a quote, starting a retainer or requesting a Free Test Render, you agree to them.
2. Free Test Render
New clients may request one free test render: a single watermarked view of their own project, produced from the CAD files, plans or sketches they provide and delivered within 48 hours of a complete brief. No payment card is needed. You may keep the watermarked image even if you do not hire us. An NDA is available on request. The offer is limited to one per company [PLACEHOLDER — confirm], and we may decline briefs that go beyond a single view.
3. Estimates and quotes
All prices are in US dollars. The estimator on our Pricing page gives an indicative range of ±12% and is not an offer. Every custom package is confirmed in a written quote before payment, and only the written quote is binding. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Payment
Custom packages are paid 50% upfront, before production starts, and 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly at the price of the chosen plan [PLACEHOLDER — confirm billing date and payment provider].
5. Turnaround and revisions
Custom packages are delivered on Standard (7 days), Fast (72 hours, +25%) or Rush (48 hours, +50%) turnaround, counted from when we have a complete brief. Retainers run on the production queue of the chosen plan. Revision rounds are as stated in your quote or plan, and extra rounds on custom packages cost $50 per view. Revisions must relate to the agreed brief; changes of scope are quoted separately.
6. Retainers

7. Ownership and licence

8. Confidentiality
We treat all files and information you share as confidential and use them only to deliver your work. An NDA is available on request.
9. Your materials

10. Liability

11. Governing law
