1 Who We Are & Scope
Invested Designs Global LLC (“Invested Designs”, “we”, “us”) is a 3D architectural visualization studio. This policy explains what personal information we collect through investeddesigns.co.uk, our forms, email, WhatsApp, calls and project work — and what we do with it.
It applies to visitors, prospective clients, clients and contacts of Invested Designs. Our Terms & Conditions govern the services themselves; this policy governs your information.
Because we serve clients in the United States, the United Kingdom and elsewhere, this policy is written to satisfy US state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act) and the UK GDPR / EU GDPR. Where laws differ, we apply the stronger protection to you.
2 Information We Collect

We do not collect special-category data (health, biometrics, etc.), we do not run background checks, and we do not collect information from third parties behind your back.
3 How We Collect It
- You give it to us — contact and quote forms, the Package Builder, email, WhatsApp, scheduling tools, project uploads, calls.
- Automatically — cookies and similar technologies on our website (analytics and, where you consent, advertising pixels). See §5.
- Processors — payment confirmations from Stripe/Wise, delivery notifications, and similar operational data from the tools listed in §6.

We do not use your project materials to train AI models, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. Portfolio use of finished renders follows Terms §11 (opt-out and NDA available free).
5 Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
- Essential cookies — site functionality and your cookie choices. No consent needed.
- Analytics — Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, sessions) and similar tools, with IP anonymization where available. Loaded only after you consent via the cookie banner.
- Advertising — Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags may measure ad performance and build audiences. Loaded only after you consent.
- Your controls — change or withdraw consent any time via the cookie banner (“Manage consent”), link in our footer. Blocking cookies doesn’t stop the site working.
6 Who We Share It With
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our instructions, and only as needed to run the business:

- Our own production team and trusted production partners may access project materials — under the same confidentiality duties (Terms §14).
- We may disclose information if legally required (subpoena, tax authority) or to defend legal claims.
- If the business is restructured or sold, information may transfer with it under this policy’s protections.
7 International Transfers
We are a US company with a production team in Pakistan and clients worldwide. Your information may be processed in the US, Pakistan, the UK and the EU, depending on the provider. Where UK/EU data is transferred, we rely on the provider’s approved transfer mechanisms (such as UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) and apply the safeguards in §11.
8 How Long We Keep It

9 Your Rights
Wherever you are, you can email info@investeddesigns.co.uk to exercise any of these rights. We respond within 30 days (UK/EU) or 45 days (California/US states).
- Access & copy — get the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct — fix anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete — ask us to erase your data (we keep what law requires, e.g. tax records).
- Portability — receive your data in a common machine-readable format.
- Object or restrict — object to processing based on legitimate interests, or ask us to pause processing while a dispute is resolved.
- Withdraw consent — for marketing, cookies and analytics at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing. Use the unsubscribe link or the cookie banner.
- Opt out of “sale/sharing” — we do not sell or share personal information for money; ad pixels (if you consent) are the only sharing, and you can withdraw that consent any time.
- Non-discrimination — exercising your rights never affects your service or pricing.
UK/EU residents may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); EU residents to their local supervisory authority. California residents may contact us for the CPRA-specific notice categories.
10 Project Materials & Confidentiality
- Your plans, drawings and photos are treated as confidential business information under Terms §14. NDAs available free on request.
- Project materials are shared only with team members and production partners who need them for your Order.
- We display finished work in our portfolio unless you opt out or an NDA applies (Terms §11).
11 Security
- HTTPS everywhere; access to project files and inboxes restricted to team members who need it, protected by strong authentication.
- Files transferred via access-controlled links rather than public pages.
- Payment data never touches our systems — handled entirely by Stripe/Wise.
- No system is perfect: if a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities without undue delay.
12 Children
Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13 Changes & Contact
We may update this policy; the “Effective date” above changes with it and material changes are announced on this page. Using the site or ordering after a change means you accept the updated policy.
